BOOSTER INTENSIFIERS

This booster, or "intensifier" concept is most often used in applications wherein a limited amount of fluid is required at high pressure, and only a LOW pressure input source is available, such as shop air, or a low pressure hydraulic power unit.  With some state-of-the-art processes, treated parts can handle high-pressure water as well, providing proper additives are present for lubricity.
