CREDIT RETURN POLICY

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) supplied by the Nopak Sales/Order Department must accompany all returns.

Parts shipped in error by Nopak will be credited upon return.  Return must be made within 60 days.

Stock parts ordered incorrectly may be returned for credit, but will be assessed a minimum 10% or $25 restock charge.  Return must be made within 60 days.

Non-stock parts (made per order) are not subject to return.  Note: Under certain circumstances parts may be returned for minimum credit if it is determined that there is a possibility of resale.  Nopak must be contacted within 30 days of receipt of parts for any credit consideration.

Stock cylinders ordered incorrectly may be returned for credit, but will be assessed a minimum 30% restock charge.  Return must be made within 60 days.

Non-stock cylinders (made per order) are not subject to return.  Note: Under certain circumstances cylinders may be returned for minimum credit if it is determined that there is a possibility of resale.  Nopak must be contacted within 30 days of receipt of cylinders for any credit consideration. (Note: Any rod other than smallest diameter means the cylinder is non-stock.)

Stock valves ordered incorrectly may be returned for credit, but will be assessed a minimum 15% restock charge.  Return must be made within 60 days.

Non-stock valves (made per order) – Credit to be determined based on valve model and possibility of resale.

Discontinued and obsolete parts are not subject to return.

NOTE:  Credit will not be issued until all parts/cylinders are inspected and determined to be new and unused.

All returns MUST be freight prepaid.
