Advanced Technology Boosters/Intensifiers for Low Pressure Applications

We offer a comprehensive line of NOPAK intensifiers and boosters for any low, medium, or high-pressure applications. Our hydraulic boosters convert low-pressure shop air in hydraulic power units to an intensified hydraulic pressure. Using optimized processes and appropriate additives for lubricity, treated parts can handle high-pressure water as well.

Boosters with Air-Oil Tank Combinations

Our RAM-type boosters intensify pressure based on the ratio between the low-pressure piston and high pressure RAM. This eliminates the use of costly hydraulic pumps or power pack units.NOPAK boosters come with hard-coated aluminum tubing to provide extremely wear resistant surface and low friction characteristics.

A piston-type boosters can also be used as an accumulator depending on its location in the circuit. NOPAK boosters feature hard chrome plated piston rods that are ground, polished and hard chrome plated. Our engineering personnel can assist you in booster selection for such special applications. We can also assemble air-oil tanks to boosters, which specifically benefit users with minimal space requirement in their booster circuits.
