Recycling Balers, Shear Balers, Scrap Balers, and Can Densifiers for Scrap Recycling

Galland Henning offers three different models of recycling balers in triple compression, dual compression, and DC shear configurations. Ideal for scrap recycling, our balers are compact and self-contained with easy-to-use flexible program controls. To reduce installation time, balers are fully assembled and tested prior to shipment. In addition to balers, we also provide "PAK-A-CAN" can densifiers to local recycling centers.

Our triple compression baler models are specially designed for scrap processors as well as industrial plants that require clean, profitable, high-density bales. These balers are available in sizes ranging from 15" x 15" to 28" x 28", and weigh 4000 lbs or more. The dual compression models, offered in two-ram designs, are ideal for processing non-ferrous scrap and light steel clippings.

The DCS series of balers automatically shear-off all irregularly shaped scrap material that extends above the ram head. This feature eliminates the need for pre-cutting the material prior to baling. Galland Henning’s can densifiers enable recyclers to efficiently process as well as store and ship large volumes of used beverage containers (UBC) economically. Weldments in all our equipment are stress relieved prior to matching, while steel main rams are forged and flame hardened to prevent scoring.
